This website is operated by Healthy Hair LLC ("FREEGO", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Products

FREEGO products are cosmetic hair styling products for external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a known sensitivity or allergy, review the ingredient list on the jar before use. Product images are representative; slight variation in packaging may occur.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that are placed for resale without an approved wholesale account. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timing, rates, and free-shipping thresholds are described in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund terms, including our all-sales-final policy on opened product and our coverage for damaged or incorrect orders, are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

Wholesale

Wholesale and professional pricing is available to qualifying barbershops and salons. Contact wholesale@barberiausa.com for terms.

Intellectual property

The FREEGO and Barberia names, logos, product photography, and site content are the property of Healthy Hair LLC and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep product descriptions and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that all content on this site is error-free, complete, or current. Statements about product performance describe typical results and are not guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
