Shipping policy
Every FREEGO order ships from our shop in Bristow, Virginia.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- Standard — $8.00, arrives in 3 to 5 business days after shipping.
- Express — $15.00, arrives in 1 to 2 business days after shipping.
- Free Standard shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more, applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can add time in transit.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking your order
A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. If it has been more than 2 business days since you ordered and you have not received tracking, email wholesale@barberiausa.com with your order number.
Wrong address or undelivered packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipping costs may apply.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 14 days and we will open a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve it.
